Usually Saturday or Sunday. The pattern has been victims coming in on Saturday and whoever dies in execution comes on Sunday. There was a slight delay in the first batch though.

[ Adolphe is pretty much trapped at the Health Center right now, in one of the five beds that are there. He's bandaged up, but he's still cold to the touch as if he's a corpse, but no it's just being dunked into a winter ocean full of ice. His eyes are no longer full of blood, one of them has a gauze over it to heal the partial damage, he's on painkillers... he's being a good patient and not moving! Yippee!
