Why are there so many mazes in these places, anyway? They really just want us getting lost out here?

I think rich people enjoy watching their guests struggle.

You know. Like how on the network everyone was saying other people's misery makes them happy.

There's not usually anyone else in these places, though. And what would god need with all this?

I don't think it's for them, I'm pretty sure it's for us.

To make us happy.

What kind of freak is happy to get lost in these things for hours on end?

Well, usually when there are no monsters, it's just a nice bit of challenge while enjoying some horticulture.

Is that really normal for mazes? I remember there was a story about that, too, a long time ago.

A story about a monster in a maze? I don't think I've ever heard such a thing.

Then maybe it's just something from my world...? This guy had to go fight the monster in the maze, so he took a ball of string to find his way out later - something like that.

Are monsters common in your world?

No, they aren't real. They're just in stories and stuff.

Ah, so just a story to scare children.

Well, no. It's classical literature and myths where I'm from. It's not actually meant for kids?
