Yeah. Supposedly, if I train enough with my powers and use it in the right way, I might be able to teleport straight to him even if I don’t know his location. But I haven’t been able to do that yet.
It's just... Yes, others in the Tower are trying to find him. But I'm not working with them and I don't want to, so I kind of have work around them instead...?
Because using powers isn't allowed there, and I'm technically trying to help him stay away from Madam to keep him safe. She really wouldn't take it well if she knew.
No? That's the whole point - it's a correctional facility, at least for everyone who didn't grow up there. We're supposed to live without our powers, like normal people.
I said it's the safest place for us compared to outside, but that's only if we follow the rules. Using powers gets you punished - or kicked out, in one of the worst case scenarios.
