Oh? Is poetry only for impressing others? I just rather liked the artistry of it, myself... So I suppose I did find it impressive.

Words are often used in a very utilitarian way in my home. Books are a bit rare, as well... We have so few for children that I actually own a copy of every single one our island has.

[IT'S DIRE OUT THERE.]

So to see people pen things in such elegant and wonderful ways is rather new and exciting.

It's a shame we probably won't be able to take many of the things here back with us, if any...

[Like POETRY BOOKS. Or the concept of air flight.]

Ah - thank you, that's very kind. [HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT HIS OWN FAVORITE THINGS ARE THOUGH. Just fastly coming up with some on the spot based on things he's already seen poems about.] Nature? I do enjoy the gardens and parks... And the sea, even though ours has always been an unkind one. The moon is lovely, too. I think Adolphe could use a few poems about it to understand its beauty more.

[me doublechecking to make sure adolphe is still alive in this thread HAKI]

Ah, do we? Then I'll look forward to some very good recommendations. Please do take the time you need, though; we're in no rush.

[Oh to return to the days before weekly murders were confirmed.]
