The point I'm making is that there's a general perception of youth as more joyful and vibrant.

It's not a commentary on what you've been through, and I'm not trying to call you immature or anything. If anything, I admire that your positivity, but if it's come across as insulting, you have my apologies. I didn't mean anything particularly deep by it.
